Upgrade Your Home with the Home Performance Program

The Home Performance Program helps assess your home for opportunities to improve your energy efficiency. One of our Home Performance Energy Advisors will tour your home for free and give it a score from 0-10 based on its efficiency. You will receive a report with recommended updates that will help bring your score up to 10 — maximum efficiency.

If your score isn’t a perfect 10, that’s ok! You may be eligible to receive direct install measures during your Home Energy Assessment to assist with improving your home's efficiency. These measures might include:

  • 3/4" Pipe Wrap
  • Air Filter Whistle
  • Bathroom Aerator 1.0 GPM
  • Door Sweep
  • Electrical Outlet Gasket
  • Fixed Shower Head 1.5GPM
  • Handheld Shower Head 1.5 GPM
  • Kitchen Aerator 1.5GPM
  • R-10 Tank Wrap
  • Spray Foam DI

You can also use our contractor network to book work for rebate-eligible improvements (note: you must use an approved contractor to qualify for rebates!), saving money now and in the future thanks to your efficiency upgrades.
